We want you to be excited about your new home. The home-buying process is stressful, but one of our main goals is to take the stress out of the home loan process.

One way we do that is by offering a streamlined, compassionate process that leaves you with more answers than questions.

Additionally, we try to limit your out-of-pocket expenses. A down payment, attorney fees, and a promise to pay a mortgage note are enough. We don’t want to stack anything on top of that we don’t have to.

We’re here with you in Atlanta. Well, we’re based in Smyrna technically, but our hearts are in Atlanta. Want to meet for coffee to discuss options? We love good coffee.

But we don’t force in-person meetings on you. We’re happy to chat on the phone and do screen sharing conferences to give you an understandable quote. Also, everything we do is eSignable. Because it’s 2017.

What is ATL Mortgage?
We’re a mortgage brokerage. This means we work with almost a dozen lenders. We have no loyalty to any of them and will happily play them against each other to your benefit.
What are the fees associated with ATL Mortgage?
We actually pay the appraisal fee for you. As well the fee to run your credit. Oh, and we also don’t charge an underwriting fee or processing fee. The only fees from us you’ll be on the hook for are any discount points and the prorated interest charge for the rest of the month you close in.
What kind of loans do you do?

Here’s what we don’t do: we don’t do subprime mortgages; we don’t do a lot of Adjustable Rate Mortgages; we don’t help with rent-to-own; and we spend minimal time helping with credit repair.

We do originate: conventional loans, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo loans, renovation loans, refi’s, cash-out refi’s, and, most importantly, we bring on any loan product that may help you when you need it.

How quickly can you close a loan?

Real quick. Here are current turn times:

  • Conventional: 18 Days
  • FHA: 22 Days
  • USDA/VA: 27 Days
  • 203K Renovation: 32 Days
  • Jumbo: 27 Days
Do I have to come to your office?
Nope. Nor do you have to have one of those sit-down meetings in your home or the local coffee shop if you don’t want to. It’s actually possible to get a mortgage almost entirely online. But we’d really love to talk to you about it either online, over the phone, or in person.
Do you negotiate?
Show us a better offer for your scenario and we’ll beat it or die trying.
